GS# 400 Sealant is an economical non-hardening butyl tape that remains permanently flexible and bonded to the application surface under expansion and contraction. This product is primarily used to seal and weatherproof concrete joints in burial vaults, stormwater manholes, concrete pipe, and box culverts. GS# 400 Sealant has a larger percentage of butyl rubber than other products on the market which allows for a wider application temperature range and will also not harden or shrink when aged.
