GS# 55 Metal Building Sealant is an economical non-hardening butyl tape that was primarily designed for sealing seams, vents, and lap joints in metal roofing applications. This sealant forms an immediate and permanent bond to the application surface while remaining permanently flexible under expansion and contraction during joint movements. GS# 55 Metal Building Sealant has excellent UV resistance, and will adhere extremely well to most dry and clean surfaces. This sealant will not bleed or stain the application surface.
