This sealant has great elongation, good surface tack to most application surfaces, and provides for a permanently flexible water and air tight seal. GS# 825 sealant has been shown to intermittently withstand temperatures of up to 800°F providing a wide range of application possibilities in the HVAC, Industrial Manufacturing, OEM Automotive, and Electrical Industries.
